I’m David Olim, a Portuguese tech founder and award‑winning entrepreneur. As CEO & Co‑Founder of FootAR and Co‑Founder of Dobsware, I build immersive technologies that blend the digital and physical worlds. With a background in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering, I lead teams pushing the boundaries of XR, AR/VR and sports technology. I’m passionate about creating experiences that excite, connect and inspire the next generation.

Beyond the stage and the lab, I’m also a father and mentor, helping the community of creators and entrepreneurs in Portugal and abroad. My mission is to turn imagination into reality and share that journey with others.

Graduated in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering and began my career in technology.

2018

Co‑founded Dobsware, creating digital products and immersive experiences for clients around the world.

2021

Launched FootAR, blending augmented reality with live football to transform the fan experience, securing co‑funding from the PRR.

2025

FootAR won “Best Application of the Year” at the VRAR Expo China and I was recognised as Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
